It’s in the details…
While looking into the details of my “best nine” on Instagram [the year end feature they offer highlighting the best or most liked photos of the year] I discovered that I had only posted 39 photos this year, and more than half of them were in support of my new store. While I’m more than happy to support my store, I was kinda bummed to see that’s all the photos that I shared. I took more than 1,000 photos this year and I documented one for every day of the year [with the exception of 5 random days]. Looking ahead into the new year, I want to get back to sharing more often, especially the crafty things I am working on, the recipes I’m trying and the adventures I’m enjoying. To add an additional detail, I want to get back to posting here. This year I fell off the crafting wagon, which in turn led to falling off the blogging wagon.
So of course, I’m giving my goals and hopes and dreams validity by writing them down. I’m looking forward to continuing with another year of project life – style documenting our story and adventures, creating [and sending!] more cards, starting new crafty adventures and selling more of my products. I want to cook more and bake more, share more and share more often. I want to enjoy new adventures and experiences and do something that scares me. I have no idea what that is yet, but I’ll get there.
Here’s to wishing you and yours nothing but the best in 2017 – I can’t wait to start sharing more and I hope you’ll come along for the ride.
Happy New Year!
